Jack X. Howard
Jack Howard is the Statewide President of the California College Democrats, representing the University of California, San Diego. He’s currently completing a B.S. in Data Analytics with a minor in Computational Social Science at UC San Diego. Previously, as Statewide Vice President of Membership and Director of Programming, and through federal internships and equity‑focused research at UCSD, he expanded membership, empowered student leaders, and drove coalition‑building initiatives.
Jillian Morton is the Vice President of Membership for the California College Democrats, representing San Joaquin Delta College. She’s currently pursuing her studies at San Joaquin Delta College. Previously, as Statewide Communications Director and as a Legislative Intern and Field Organizer for Congressman Josh Harder, she strengthened chapter engagement, expanded campus outreach, and led the registration of over 200 new voters statewide.
Daniel Guerrero is the Vice President of Finance for the California College Democrats and represents the University of California, San Diego. He’s currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics at UC San Diego. As Vice President of Finance for UCSD College Democrats, he restructured fundraising strategy to double student participation and leveraged his experience as Community Service Chair for a Latino organization to sharpen his skills in fiscal stewardship and community organizing.
Liliana Garza is the Vice President of Political Affairs for the California College Democrats, representing the University of California, Davis. She’s currently a third‑year Political Science–Public Service major with a minor in Sociology at UC Davis and serves as President of the Davis College Democrats. Previously, she mobilized the largest and most active college Dem chapter in California, demonstrating her ability to galvanize student engagement and influence policy discourse.
Joseph Anastacio serves as the Executive Director of the California College Democrats on behalf of the University of California, Riverside. He’s currently studying Public Policy at UC Riverside, where he served as President of the College Democrats and as Federal Relations Director for ASUCR. In those roles, he led campaign communications, grassroots organizing, and statewide voter mobilization efforts, strengthening infrastructure and support for student leaders across California.
Regional Directors
Anais Jimenez is the North State Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing the University of California, Davis. She’s currently majoring in Political Science at UC Davis and is active in the Davis College Democrats chapter. Her experience includes campaign work for Adam Gray for Congress and district office roles with the Sacramento City Council, showcasing her expertise in local governance and collective political action.
Alondra Jimenez is the North Valley Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing Merced College. She’s currently studying Political Science at Merced Community College and serves on the Merced County Democratic Central Committee for District 5. Her policy and advocacy credentials include internships with Assemblywoman Esmeralda Soria and the Merced District Attorney’s Office, where she deepened her passion for legislative work and community engagement.
Miles Dillingham is the Bay Area Regional Director for the California College Democrats and represents California State University, Sonoma. He’s currently studying at Sonoma State University and serves as President of the Young Democrats chapter on his campus. Committed to cultivating an activist mindset, he has led efforts to empower middle‑class activists and ensure that grassroots voices guide California’s political future.
Kameron Tessier is the North Coast Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing the University of California, Santa Cruz. He’s currently President of the UC Santa Cruz College Democrats and originally hails from the San Diego area. As chapter president, he’s leveraged his statewide experiences to build campus‑to‑campus networks and instill California pride across coastal chapters.
Ayla Ozturk is the South Valley Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing the College of the Sequoias. She’s currently a first‑year Political Science major at COS and an active member of its College Democrats chapter. Elected as an Assembly District Delegate in AD‑32, she brings youth perspectives to the Democratic Party and works to create safe, inclusive spaces for young political engagement.
Anoushka Gokhale is the South Coast Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing the University of California, Santa Barbara. She’s currently a first‑year Economics major at UCSB and an active member of UCSB Campus Democrats. Passionate about income equality and educational access, she’s driven initiatives to inform young voters on local politics and expand civic participation on the South Coast.
Sean Sparks is the Los Angeles Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing Loyola Marymount University. He’s currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at LMU. Previously, he helped sustain the momentum of the outgoing board by welcoming and supporting new CCD chapters across LA and serving as the bridge between local universities and statewide leadership.
Pia Prashanth is the Inland Empire Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing the University of California, Riverside. She’s an Inland Empire native studying Public Policy at UC Riverside. As Vice President of UCR College Democrats and Riverside County Supervisors Coordinator for ASUCR, she’s connected students with local leaders, organized volunteers across CA‑41, and now aims to strengthen chapter ties, uplift student voices, and build sustained momentum throughout the region.
Xavier Nunez‑Sundara is the Orange County Regional Director for the California College Democrats. He’s currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree at California State University, Fullerton. As regional director, he authored a statewide membership toolkit and charter template for new chapters, and on campus he has served as President, and previously as Vice President and Treasurer, of the CSUF College Democrats.
Shreya Partha is the San Diego Regional Director for the California College Democrats, representing the University of California, San Diego. She’s a junior majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy at UC San Diego. Passionate about equity‑driven policy reform, she’s played leadership roles in student organizations, non‑profits, and campus initiatives to advance social justice, and plans to pursue law and public policy to amplify underrepresented voices.
